Photo 10 is more of a medium distance and is taken at a lower angle.
What was your point of view when you took the photos? (from above, below, straight on...)
Photo 10 is taken from below.
Is your photograph horizontal or vertical?
The photo is taken vertically.
Did you consider the rule of thirds to compose your shots? In which photos? Describe.
In a way I did think about rule of thirds by keeping the busier part of the photo on the right side, however the picture is mostly centered.
Which one of of your photos is a dynamic composition that successfully leads the viewer’s eye through the work?

Photo 11 is a close up and was taken very closely to the sandwich
What was your point of view when you took the photos? (from above, below, straight on...)
photo 11 was taken at a slightly higher angle
Is your photograph horizontal or vertical?
Photo 11 was taken vertically but then cropped
Does this photo follow the rule of thirds? Why or why not? (Describe).
In a way photo 11 follows the rule of thirds because the main attraction point of the sandwich is more towards the left of the image
Is this photo an example of pattern, texture and/or rhythm? Explain
This photo is an example of texture
Which image is the best example of a properly exposed photo? Explain why
photo 1 is the best example of a properly exposed photo because it ranges from a very dark value to a very light value and has many grays in between
Motion
Approximately what shutter speed did you use to purposely blur action?
In photo 3, the shutter speed used was 1/30 sec
What ISO and WB settings did you use?
ISO- 4000
If you were on a point and shoot camera, what setting(s) did you use?
N/A
What motion, or part of the image shows blur? (Describe).
In photo 7, the focus is on Kayla while the background shows blur
What was your distance, and point of view for the photo?
Photo 5, it is a close up at a slight above angle focused on the bubble poppoing in the foreground
Describe any compositional elements (tools) that are present in or that strenghthen the photo.
In photo 1, the ping pong balls add an element of extreme focus which in my opinion makes the photo more interesting. It also follows the rule of thirds as the focus of the shot is Faye towards the right of the photo. The contrast shows posive and negative space in black and white.
In photo 3, the shutter speed used was 1/30 sec

ISO- 4000

WB: Fluorescent
Large Depth of Field
What f-stop did you have your camera set to create a large depth of field?
F/22
What ISO and WB settings did you use?
ISO: 1600
WB: Sunny
Which photo is better? Why?
I like the 6th photo best because of the sharp focus throughout the photo
Why would you want to use a shallow depth of field?
